We offer refunds on all purchases within 24 hours of the purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no additional cost to you. We will then provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
Please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges for items that have been used or damaged by the customer.
You may cancel your storage rental agreement at any time by providing written notice to Salado Airport Storage. If you cancel within the first 30 days of your rental, we will refund any prepaid rent for the remaining period of the agreement. After 30 days, there will be no refunds for any unused rental period.
